Crestwood Center in San Jose is a 174-bed, locked mental health rehabilitation center (MHRC) licensed by the California Department of Mental Health. We encourage consumers to be active participants in their own recovery, with the goal being placement in a lower level of care or back to their communities, as quickly as possible. Crestwood Center San Jose, located in the heart of Silicon Valley, aids consumers in initial stabilization, then helps them learn and grow through their personalized Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP). At Crestwood Center we also understand the power and importance of a support network to our consumers’ recovery. That’s why we have a licensed family therapist work with consumers’ families to make the most of their visits with their loved ones and honestly and openly deal with the issues surrounding mental health.
