South County Housing Corporation, incorporated in 1979, is a non-profit public benefit corporation that provides affordable housing for low-income households in the southern portion of Santa Clara County, as well as the counties of Santa Cruz, San Benito and Monterey. Our residents include farm workers, seniors, families, mentally disabled adults and the homeless. We also provide essential services to our rental tenants, including ESL classes, financial literacy, resident leadership, after-school and recreational programs for kids, food bank deliveries and health fairs.
