Provides an array of risk prevention, intervention, treatment, and supportive housing services to low-income residents living in South Santa Clara County, South San Jose and San Benito County. Offers Crisis line, shelter and services for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking; Teen assault awareness workshops; Home visits to promote healthy child development and strengthen family functioning; Child abuse prevention services; Truancy reduction services; Independent Living Skills; Crisis line and status offender services; DUI diversion; and Transitional and permanent housing and mental health services for individuals with serious mental illnesses and individuals whose substance abuse problems compound their psychiatric issues.

M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm; 24/7 hotline for domestic violence/sexual assault
